Describe your educational background. Where did / do you study, what degrees did / will you receive?
I did my Bachelor degree in business administration at the University of Mannheim and I probably start my Master next summer.

Describe your career history. What have been your professional experiences?
No professional experiences.

What attracted you to Bertelsmann and your internships? What is / was your favorite aspect about your job?
My Bertelsmann internship was part of the Gap-Year 2012 program. In the beginning, I was attracted by the multitude of products and services Bertelsmann is offering and the challenges the corporation is facing. Finishing my internship, I knew I would miss the Bertelsmann spirit!

What has been your most challenging / rewarding / exciting task or project thus far?
The most intense experience I had so far, was living a year in Spain without knowing Spanish at all.

What qualities do you feel are necessary to be a successful employee at Bertelsmann?
Creative, self-motivated, ambitious but team-oriented

What was / is a typical day during your internship like?
Make yourself a black tea, read the Bertelsmann news summary, work, decide for one of the three menus in the cafeteria, work, do sports or meet other interns.

What are your professional goals? Any others ;-) ?
Travel as many countries as I can, run a marathon, spend a month in a mountain cottage with two good friends and no internet and mobile phones

If you had one word to describe Bertelsmann – what would it be?
